摘要
采用top-down技术的控制图法(现行标准方法)、稳健统计-迭代法和质控-灰色评定法评估了实验室内应用电感耦合等离子体-发射光谱法测定不锈钢中镍的测量不确定度。对于镍含量为9.1%的质控样品,三种方法计算的实验室内扩展不确定度均为0.12%,k=2,方法间无显著性差异。
The uncertainty for determination of nickel in stainless steel by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spec- trometry method was evaluated using quality control charting (one of the current standard methods), robust statistics-itera- tion method and quality control-grey evaluation method based on 'top-down' technique. For the quality control sample with 9.1% content of nickel, the measurement uncertainty evaluated by the three methods has better consistency with the expanded uncertainty of 0.12%, k=2.
