供给侧结构性改革作为经济"三期叠加"到"新常态"延伸和延续,是当前中国全面深化改革的主要内容。当前经济发展面临五大结构性转换矛盾、四滑一升五大结构性风险和五大结构性制度矛盾,当前推进供给侧结构性改革显得更为重要和紧迫。加快推进金融改革结构性立法、国家金融监管部门和金融机构加大对供给侧结构性改革金融供给、地方政府加快推进地方金融深化改革和县域三级金融改革创新服务便利化,是金融供给侧结构性改革的重点内容,同时也是供给侧结构性改革的主要着力点。

From the five major structural contradictions faced by the current economic development, the four falls- one rise five structural risk and five structural system contradictions, the article deeply analyzes the importance and urgency of promoting the supply side structural reform. On this basis, it focuses on studying the serious structural disorder on the historical logic of the necessity of China＇s financial sector supply side structural reform, financial organization structure, financial market, financial supervision and financial resource allocation etc. To accelerate the reform of financial structural legislation, national financial regulatory authorities and financial institutions shall increase the supply side structural reform of financial supply, local government shall accelerate local financial deepening reform and the county- region three- level financial reform and innovation service facilitation is the key content of financial supply side structural reform, which is also the main focal point to the supply side structural reform.
