摘要
燃煤电站中汽轮机的性能监测主要是通过对系统热平衡分析来实现,因而测点的准确性和可靠性就显得尤为重要。然而由于在线测量数据的质量往往不能满足性能监测要求,导致分析结果不够准确。针对某新型1 000 MW汽机热力系统采用一种基于性能仿真的数据调和方法,该方法基于机组设计数据,通过搭建机组仿真模型,建立监测参数之间的相互关系,通过增加系统的解析冗余度来实现机组高精度的性能监测。通过实例验证表明:使用该方法可以发现异常测点,还可以获得更为可靠准确的系统参数和整机性能。
In a coal-fired power generation unit,the performance monitoring of steam turbine mainly relies on system heat balance analysis,in which the accuracy and reliability of the measurement is critical. However,the quality of on-line measured parameters usually cannot meet the requirement of performance monitoring,leading to poor accuracy of analysis results. In this paper,we utilized performance simulation based data reconciliation method to realize high precision performance monitoring. This method uses design data,and builds the simulation model of the unit to establish the relationship between the monitoring parameters,so as to increase the analytical redundancy of the system. Verification cases showed that not only the system abnormality can be determined,but also the measurement ofsystem parameters and overall performance is more reliable and accurate
