优质护理在剖宫产产后出血中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of high quality nursingin nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

目的探讨优质护理在剖宫产产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月本院收治的剖宫产产妇共100例,将患者按照入院编号随机分为两组,观察组和对照组患者各50例,对照组患者入院之后给予常规的剖宫产产后出血护理;观察组患者在常规护理的基础之上,再对患者进行优质的剖宫产产后出血护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组50例患者在接受优质的剖宫产产后出血护理之后,产后出血发生率为2.00%,产后并发症的发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的14.00%和16.00%;观察组患者治疗总满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组患者的84.00%,组间治疗效果比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上在对剖宫产产后出血产妇进行护理时,采用优质护理的方法,能有效改善患者治疗效果,提高预后质量,获得非常理想的治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital cesarean section in 100 cases,patients according to the admission number,were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group were admitted to hospital, after routine cesare- an section postpartum hemorrhage nursing; the patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing then,the quality of nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section patients, compared two groups of patients.Results 50 patients in observation group were given quality nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage rate was 2%, the probability of occurrence of post- partum complications was 4%, significantly lower than the control group 14% and 16%.The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 84% ,the effect of the treatment group was significantly different（P〈0.05）.Condusion in the clinical cesarean section on maternal postpartum hemorrhage when nursing method can be used in high quality nursing care, can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the quality of prognosis,obtain the ideal treatment effect ,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
