摘要
避雷器是动车组在高速铁道运行时的关键过电压保护设备之一,其技术研究和产品开发是实现动车组零部件国产化的一个重要课题。在介绍动车组机车过电压和高速运行状况的基础上,分析了动车组避雷器的电气应力(稳态和暂态)、机械应力。深入研究了CRH3型动车组避雷器的关键技术,设计了产品并通过型式试验,满足国产化的工程需要。
Lightning arrester is the key overvohagerailway operation, its technology research and productthe EMU localization. Based on the introduction ofprotection device of the EMU in high-speeddevelopment is an important task to achievethe overvohage and high-speed operationcondition of EMU locomotive, the electric stress (steady state and transient state) and the mechanicalstress of the emu arrester are analyzed. The key technology of arrester used in CRH3 type EMU isstudied, the product is designed and pass the type test, which meet the needs of the localization ofthe project.
