摘要
快波前冲击过电压对输电线路用盘形悬式瓷绝缘子危害较大,依据标准GB/T20642-2006《高压线路绝缘子空气中冲击击穿试验》,对盘形悬式瓷绝缘子中的空气动力学型瓷绝缘子进行了50%雷电冲击闪络电压和陡波试验,并与钟罩型瓷绝缘子进行了比对研究;研究了瓷绝缘子的形状及大气相对湿度对闪络电压的影响。试验表明:空气动力学型瓷绝缘子50%雷电冲击闪络电压较钟罩型瓷绝缘子低;空气动力学型瓷绝缘子在规定的试验电压下,波前(放电)时间不能满足标准要求;同时,当大气相对湿度较大时,会对瓷绝缘子陡波试验结果产生不利影响。
Fast-front overvohage causes severedamage to thecap and pin insulators in the overheadhne. According to the GB/T 20642-2006 Impulse Puncture Test in Air on Insulator for Overhead Lines,in this essay, the 50% lightning impulse flashover and steep wave tests on aerodynamics insulators andbell-jar insulators are analyzed comparatively, and the influence of the insulators' shape and relativehumidity on the flashover voltage are studied. The resuh shows: 50% lightning impulse flashover voltageof aerodynamics insulators is lower than bell-jar insulators, under the standard test voltage, the wavefront (discharge) time of aerodynamics insulators could not meet the requirements; and the high relativehumidity would have adverse effects on the results of steep wave tests of insulators.
