染污状态下典型伞形结构支柱绝缘子的闪络特性对比 被引量:3

摘要 支柱绝缘子作为换流站必不可少的绝缘配件,研究其外绝缘性能有重要意义。为进一步研究支柱绝缘子的闪络特性,以三种典型伞形结构的支柱绝缘子为对象,通过改变盐密和灰密,开展了大量的人工污秽试验,分析了绝缘子的污闪特性以及闪络梯度差异,研究结果表明:盐灰密对绝缘子闪络特性均有影响,对于本文三种支柱绝缘子,盐密影响特征指数在0.20~0.24之间,灰密影响特征指数在0.11~0.15之间;支柱绝缘子的闪络梯度值与其结构型式、ESDD和NSDD等有关,在相同污秽条件下,伞间距较大的Type A型支柱绝缘子泄漏距离使用率最高;在同等结构长度下,伞径较大的Type C支柱绝缘子具有最好的耐污性能。 Post insulators are the indispensable equipment in converter stations and it is significantto research their insulation property. In order to further study the flashover performance of postinsulators, three typical types of post insulators are taken as the sample, and then plenty of artificialtests are carried out by changing the equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and non-soluble depositdensity (NSDD). Basing on the test data, the difference of flashover performance and flashover gradientof the samples are analyzed. Research results indicate that, ESDD and NSDD have effects on theflashover performance, and the ESDD influencing characteristic is within 0.20-0.24 while the NSDDinfluencing characteristic is within 0.11-0.15. The flashover gradient of the samples changes with theshed type, ESDD and NSDD values. Under the same pollution condition, the insulatorutilization ratio of type A insulator which owns larger shed distance is the highest. Understructure height, the type C insulator which has larger shed diameter possesses better antiproperty. Research results have some guidingpollution measurements.significance for the outdoor insulation selection
