竞争环境、绿色实践与企业绩效关系研究

Competitive Environment, Green Practices and Performance

基于自然资源基础观,构建了竞争环境、绿色实践与企业绩效关系的理论框架。以全球制造研究团体在7个国家收集的442份调查问卷为研究对象,利用结构方程模型对企业实施绿色实践的动机和绩效进行了实证研究。研究结果显示:竞争环境越激烈,企业越倾向于实施内部绿色实践,但竞争环境对供应商绿色协作的直接影响并不显著,而会通过内部绿色实践间接地正向影响供应商绿色协作。即内部绿色实践是供应商绿色协作的必要条件。内部绿色实践和供应商绿色协作均会对企业环境绩效带来显著的正向影响,但对经济绩效的影响并不显著,且环境绩效对经济绩效的作用并不明显。

Based on natural resource-based view, this study develops a theoretical framework for the link of competitive environment, green practices and firm performance. Using 442 survey data collected by global manufacturing research group in seven countries, this study examines the antecedents and performances of green practices.The results indicate that firms facing more intense competitive environment are more likely to implement internal green practice, while competitive environment does not play a significant effect on supply green cooperation directly, it will post a positive effect on supplier green cooperation through the mediating role of internal green practices indirectly. Both internal green practices and supplier green cooperation play significant positive influences on environmental performance, while their influence on financial performance are not significant. A better environmental performance cannot lead to a better financial performance.
