Network Power,Network Search and Network Routine: An Interaction Model

网络惯例是影响技术创新网络运行效率与治理水平的关键。通过网络权力和网络搜寻的内部构成分析,探究知识权力/结构权力、知识搜寻/关系搜寻对网络惯例的差异性影响,以及网络搜寻对网络权力和网络惯例之间的调节作用。利用研发密集型行业的合作数据,使用多元回归分析进行实证检验。研究结果表明:网络权力正向影响网络惯例,相比结构权力,知识权力对网络惯例的正向影响更强。网络搜寻正向影响网络惯例,相比知识搜寻,关系搜寻对网络惯例的正向影响更强。知识搜寻在结构权力与网络惯例之间具有显著的强化作用,在知识权力与网络惯例之间的调控作用不显著。关系搜寻在网络权力和网络惯例之间具有显著的强化作用。

Network routine is the key point to determining the operation performance and the governance efficiency of network organization. This paper analyzes the internal composition of network power and network search,and then construct a framework to explore the shifting effect of knowledge/ structure power and knowledge/ relationship search on network routine, and the interaction effects between network power and network search. We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in intensity industry, and do an empirical test with the help of multiple regression models. The results show that network routine is not only affected by the network power, but also knowledge power is better than structure power for network routine. The network routine is not only affected by the network search, but also relationship search is better than knowledge search for network routine. Knowledge search＇s moderated effect between structure power and network routine is confirmed. But the moderated effect between knowledge power and network routine is not confirmed. Relationship search＇s moderated effect between network power and network routine is confirmed.
