The Experience of the Jurong Model in Singapore and Its Enlightenment

新加坡裕廊工业园是亚洲最早开发的工业园之一,其成功经验为很多国家借鉴。作者首先简要概述了新加坡裕廊模式的由来,结合新加坡裕廊工业区、纬壹科技城的发展实际和新加坡工业园管理机构的管理运营状况总结归纳了裕廊模式的六大特色,然后研究了裕廊模式三大国际输出方式,并结合裕廊模式在中国苏州工业园、中新天津生态城和广州知识城的具体运用,总结其在中国经济应用的路径、特点和成效。最后结合中国科技园区的发展现状,探讨了新加坡裕廊模式对中国科技园区发展的借鉴意义。

Singapore Jurong Industrial Park is one of the earliest developed industrial parks in Asia,and its successful experience can be taken as an example for many countries. Author summarizes the origin and characteristics of the Jurong model in Singapore,describes three major international output of the Jurong model in the light of the development of Singapore Jurong Industrial Park and Weiyi Science and Technology City,and figures out the management and operation of Singapore Industrial Park. Finally,combining with the development status of China's science and technology parks,we discuss the application of Jurong model in China's Suzhou Industrial Park,SSTECand Guangzhou Knowledge City,and summarize the path,characteristics and results of its application in China,and highlight the reference significance of Jurong model to the development of China's science and technology park.
