四川盆地天然气发展进入黄金时代

A golden era for natural gas development in the Sichuan Basin

得益于勘探认识的深化和技术的进步,四川盆地近期陆续发现了9个千亿立方米级大气田,截至目前已累计探明天然气储量3.69×10^(12) m^3,天然气年产量位居全国第二位。中石油组织的最新油气资源评价结果表明,四川盆地天然气资源量位居全国各含油气盆地首位,但探明率仅10%,故勘探潜力巨大。几十年来,该盆地已形成了先进的天然气工业技术体系、最完善的天然气区域管网、最成熟的市场,被中石油确定为中国天然气工业基地,故该盆地天然气大发展的各方面条件均已成熟。为此,中国石油西南油气田公司(以下简称西南油气田)适时推出五大天然气增储上产工程(川中地区多层系滚动勘探开发、川东北高含硫气田安全高效开发、川西北地区深层海相碳酸盐岩气藏勘探与开发示范、川东地区寒武系盐下大型构造气藏探索与发现、蜀南地区页岩气规模效益开发),以助推未来国内最大气区的早日建成。上述工程是实现中石油"西南增长极"的关键,涵盖四川盆地天然气重点、热点、难点领域,平面上几乎覆盖全盆地,纵向上包含多个含气层系。上述工程2020年预计天然气产量介于250×10~8~290×10~8m^3,占西南油气田规划产量300×10~8 m^3的绝大部分;2030年西南油气田有望达产500×10~8~700×10~8 m^3。可以预见,在未来相当长的一段时间内,四川盆地的天然气都将处于发展的黄金时代。

Owing to the technical innovation as well as a better understanding of gas exploration, nine giant gas fields have been succes- sively discovered in the Sichuan Basin with cumulative proven gas reserves of 3.69 trillion cubic meters, where the annual natural gas productivity ranks the second in China. The PetroChina latest oil ＆ gas resources evaluation results demonstrate that natural gas resourc- es in the Sichuan Basin takes the first place among those hydrocarbon-bearing basins all over China, but its proved gas reserves is only 10%, so the exploration prospect is bright. Over the past decades, the PetroChina Southwest Company has made great efforts to complete its technical systems, improve gas pipeline networks, and streamline gas markets, laying a robust foundation for the natural gas devel- opment in the Sichuan Basin. To further enhance the natural gas reserves and productivity in this basin and to achieve the biggest gas province in China, this company presents the following major projects： progressive exploration and exploitation projects in the Central, joint projects for the exploitation of high-sulfur gas fields in the Northeast, demonstration projects for the exploration and development of deep marine-facies carbonate gas reservoirs in the Northwest, projects for exploring and discovering giant Cambrian subsalt structure conglomerate gas reservoirs in the East, and projects for the commercial development of shale gas reservoirs in the North （Shunan）. As the key to the pole of PetroChina Southwest growth, the above projects cover all the important, hard and hot fields of the whole basin and multiple gas-bearing strata and layers. With all the projects fulfilled, natural gas productivity will be 25-29 billion cubic meters （bcm） in 2020, accounting for most parts of this company＇s whole planning production （30 bcm in total）, and will reach up to 50-70 bcm in 2030. It is predicted that natural gas development in the Sichuan Basin will be in a golden era in the long term.
