摘要
研究了形变热处理对GH4169合金显微组织和晶界特征分布(GBCD)的影响因素。通过金相显微镜(OM)、电子扫描电子显微镜SEM和能谱仪(EDS)分析显微组织和析出相,通过电子背射衍射(EBSD)研究形变量对晶界特征分布的影响。结果表明:形变量对析出相的形核和长大有促进作用;小形变量对特殊晶界形成促进作用最明显,形变量为9.8%低ΣCSL晶界比例最高。
Effect of deformation on microstructure and grain boundary character distribution( GBCD) in GH4169 alloy was investigated by optical microscope( OM),scanning electron microscope( SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS),electron backscatter diffraction( EBSD) and orientation imaging microscopy( OIM). The results show that the deformation can promote the growth of grain and the precipitation of the second phases. It can have highest percentage of lower Σ CSL by cold rolling of 9. 8%.
