摘要 研究了德国1.2367热作模具钢圆钢直径(Ф96 mm,Ф152 mm,Ф222 mm)对带状偏析、球化退火组织及冲击韧性的影响,并对退火后的碳化物进行了分析。结果表明,随着圆钢直径的减小,带状偏析有明显改善,球化组织由AS6级改善到AS1级,冲击韧性有所提高;退火后组织中的碳化物主要为Mo的碳化物和Cr的碳化物。 Effect of round steel diameter( Ф96 mm,Ф152 mm,Ф222 mm) on banded segregation,spheroidized annealing microstructure and impact toughness of German hot working die steel 1. 2367 was studied,and the carbide after spheroidized annealing was also analyzed.The results show that after quenching and tempering with the diameter reduced,banded segregation of the steel after annealing improved obviously,and spheroidized structure level also improved from AS6 to AS1,which has a certain enhancing effect on the impact toughness.The carbide of annealed steel 1. 2336 mainly contains Mo carbide and Cr carbide.
