摘要
对60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢不同温度条件下的淬火工艺进行了优化,研究淬火温度对微观组织和力学性能的影响规律,并对显微组织、力学性能、疲劳性能及其之间的关系进行了分析。研究结果表明:60Si2CrVAT钢淬火温度采用(910±10)℃并410℃回火时,综合力学性能达到最佳。微观组织分析结果表明:淬火组织中马氏体针长度应控制在0.03 mm之内,可保证弹簧服役性能。
Quenching processes for 60Si2CrVAT spring steel were optimized,the influence of quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. Relationship among microstructure,mechanical properties and fatigue performance were analyzed. The results show that the 60Si2CrVAT spring steel has preferable combination of strength and toughness when quenched at 910 ℃ ± 10 ℃ then tempered at 400 ℃. It is concluded that the length of martensite should be controlled within 0. 03 mm which can ensure the service performance of 60Si2CrVAT steel spring.
