油砂SAGD合理开发界限与主控因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)技术是油砂开发中应用最广泛的技术,但其开发效果易受到诸如夹层、水层等复杂地质条件的制约.首先,本文通过分析加拿大L油田已投产SAGD井对的生产动态,结合数值模拟结果,研究了HPVH(烃柱高度)、夹层、层间水层和顶水层对SAGD高峰产能的影响规律,并确定了开发界限;其次,通过非线性多元回归方法,建立了高峰产能与影响因素之间的经验公式,并与巴特勒公式计算结果进行了对比;最后,通过蒙特卡罗模拟方法确定了影响高峰产能的主控因素.结果表明,HPVH为影响SAGD高峰产能的主控因素,各因素对高峰产能的影响程度大小排序为HPVH、夹层厚度、层间水厚度、水平井长度和顶水厚度.研究结果为油砂SAGD开发动用储量筛选和井位部署提供了合理依据. The development effect of SAGD, which is the most widely used technology in the development of oil sand, is easy to be restricted by the complex geological conditions, such as barrier, lean zones, top water and so on. Firstly, this paper has studied on the effect of HPVH, barrier, lean zones and top water on plateau oil of SAGD through analysis on the dynamic data of the well pairs in L oilfield and simulation. The development boundaries have been further defined. Then, a model between plateau oil and its affecting factors has been built through nonlinear multiple regression method. The results of the model and Butler formula have been compared. Lastly, the main controlling factor of plateau oil has been defined through Monte Carlo method. The results show that HPVH is the main controlling factor of SAGD plateau oil. The impact of affecting factors on plateau oil is sorted into HPVH, thickness of barrier, thickness of lean zones, well length and thickness of top water. The study provides a rational basis for the screening of producing reserves and locating of SAGD well pairs in the development of oil sand.
