摘要
现有研究表明,情绪智力和认知能力在客观上影响着职业生涯能否成功,但尚未有研究深入探析情绪智力和认知能力中哪些维度会影响职业生涯成功主观感受。本研究以中国情境下的管理者为研究对象,运用中国管理者职业生涯成功主观感受的五个维度:家庭和谐、组织和谐、国家和谐、个人发展及自由和身心健康,详细探究情绪智力和认知能力如何影响职业生涯成功主观感受的五个维度。研究结果表明,情绪智力中调节情绪、运用情绪的能力较为重要,影响了组织和谐、个人发展及自由和身心健康维度,但是认知自我情绪和认知他人情绪的能力对于职业生涯成功主观感受影响不显著。认知能力中学习转移能力和自我定义能力会分别影响职业生涯成功主观感受中的组织和谐、国家和谐及个人发展及自由维度。因此,单纯认识自我及他人的情绪是不够的,管理者要加强对于情绪的掌控能力,在职业生涯的动态过程中不断反思自己,同时增加正式学习与经验学习的机会,才能获得更好的职业生涯成功主观感受。
It is well-known that emotional intelligence and cognitive ability influence the objective career success,but there are no research which thoroughly discusses what dimensionalities of emotional intelligence and cognitive ability influence subjective career success. Taking the managers under Chinese context as the research object,how do emotional intelligence and cognitive ability influence five dimensionalities of subjective career success is analyzed in the research with five dimensionalities of subjective career success of Chinese managers including family harmony,organization harmony,national harmony,individual development,and freedom and the physical and mental health.Research results show that the abilities of adjusting emotion and applying emotion in emotional intelligence are relatively important,but the influence of the abilities of self-emotion cognition and others ' emotion cognition to subjective career success is insignificant. Learning transfer ability and self-definition ability in cognitive ability respectively influence different dimensionalities of subjective career success. Therefore,managers shall strengthen the emotion control ability,constantly make introspection in the dynamic progress of career,and meanwhile,increase the opportunity of formal study and informal study. Only in this way,can we gain the better subjective career success.
