推拿治疗气血不足型产后缺乳疗效观察

Curative Effect of Massage Therapy on postpartum Hypogalactia with Deficiency of Qi and Blood

目的:观察推拿手法治疗气血不足型产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法:查随机数字表将100例气血不足型缺乳患者分为对照组和推拿组,每组各50例,推拿组以推拿手法治疗为主,每日1次,对照组采用催产素治疗,5天后观察两组患者治疗后血清泌乳素水平、乳房充盈程度评分、人工喂养容量,并观察临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者血清泌乳素水平、乳房充盈程度评分升高,人工喂养容量降低,和治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且推拿组优于对照组(P<0.05);推拿组有效率94%,对照组有效率76%,推拿组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿治疗气血不足型缺乳临床疗效显著,能明显提高患者泌乳水平,值得临床上推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of massage therapy on postpartum hypogalactia with deficiency of blood and Qi. Methods： 100 cases of postpartum hypogalactia with deficiency of Qi and blood were randomly divided into a massage group （50 cases） and a control group （50 cases）. Massage group was with massage therapy, once a day, and the control group received oxytocin treatment. The serum prolactin levels, breast filling degree scores, artificial feeding capacity and the clinically curative effect were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results：The serum prolactin levels and breast filling degree scores were creased, and the artificial feeding capacity was decreased after treatment. There was a significant difference between pre - treatment and post - treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of the massage group was 94%, and the effective rate of the control group was 76%. The effective rate of massage group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of massage in the treatment of hypogalactia with Qi and blood deficiency is obvious. The lactation level can be obviously improved and this therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
