2016年全国两会,“三联彩石山庄案”写进了最高人民法院的工作报告。这是一起什么样的案件？为何引起最高法院的关注？据介绍,济南彩石山庄依法处置案是全国第一例运用法治思维和法治方式解决的涉及人数众多、标的额巨大、社会高度关注的“烂尾”楼盘案。其背后是2000多户购房户与开发商、银行乃至政府部门长达6年的“博弈”。那么,法院是如何解决这样一起“老大难”案的呢？
