For the 'Four Centers' construction,Jinan Municipal Procuratorate put forward the 'opinions on service support for creating four centers and building modern Jinan' in April 2016,looking at the whole picture to carry out the prosecutorial work,combing legal means such as crime-fighting,prevention,supervision,education and protection to best serve the sustained and healthy development of Jinan's economy.For that reason,the procuratorial organs of Jinan have been advancing the programme of 'procurators contacting with large projects',identifying position in the process of service,seeking further development through innovation.It has helped activate connection between the procurators and the large projects,which is a preventive measure for job-related crimes prevention.
