2016年7月,济南已是盛夏时节。在这样的日子里,济南迎来了第28届全国副省级城市法学会年会暨论坛。一时间,全国法学的目光聚焦在济南这个法治文化底蕴丰厚的城市身上。“‘全国副省级城市法治论坛＇已成功举办了28届,每一届论坛都形成了很多具有较高学术水平和重要参考价值的研究成果,提出了许多针对性强的工作对策和立法建议,为副省级城市经济社会发展和法治建设发挥了积极作用。”中国法学会党组成员、副会长王其江说。

In July 2016,when midsummer already came,the 28 th Annual Meeting and Forum of Law Society of Subprovincial Cities in China was held in Jinan,which caused enormous concern to the city where has profound reserves of the rule of law.'Forum of the Rule of Law of Sub-provincial Cities in China' has been successfully held for 28 sessions,playing a positive role in spurring the economic and social development of sub-provincial cities and the construction of the rule of taw.'Wang Qijiang,Party member and vice president of China Law Society,said.Hosting such an influential event proved that Jinan has received recognition for its environment of the rule of law.Besides that,Jinan Law Society set up the forum of the rule of law,created a new propaganda model of 'one website and three platforms' and established the bachelors' charitable grant of Jinan Law Society in recent years.Through a series of precise layout,Jinan Law Society has played a very vital role in facilitating the construction of safe Jinan and won the title of 'national advanced unit of the local law society system' in 2012.
