摘要
目的探讨急性肺栓塞(PTE)的心电图(ECG)动态演变特点。方法收集急性PTE患者治疗过程中的ECG资料,并对相关文献进行复习。结果急性PTE的ECG改变常见的有窦性心动过速、S_ⅠT_ⅢQ_Ⅲ、胸前导联T波倒置、右束支传导阻滞等。经过有效的溶栓或抗凝等治疗ECG可出现一系列的动态演变,包括心率减慢、S_ⅠT_ⅢQ_Ⅲ改善或消失、右束支传导阻滞改善或消失、房性心律失常消失、胸前导联T波倒置变浅或直立等。结论急性PTE的ECG表现具有其特征性和动态演变的特点,其动态演变有助于评价PTE的疗效和预后。
Objective To discuss the dynamic evolution characteristics of Electro-Cardiogram in patients with acute pulmonary hromboembolism （PTE）. Methods Acute PTE of ECG datas were collected, and the relevant literature were reviewed. Results Common with the ECG changes in Acute PTE had sinus tachycardia, SⅠT Ⅲ QⅢ, precordial Twave inversion, right bundle branch block etc. With effective thrombolysis or anticoagulant therapy, ECG could appear a series of dynamic evolution, including decreased heart rate, SⅠ TⅢQⅢ improved or disappeared, right bundle branch block improved or disappeared, atrial arrhythmia disappeared, precordial T wave inversion of shallow or erect etc. Conclusions The ECG manifestations in acute PTE possess characteristics and its of dynamic evolution, which helps to evaluate the curative effect and prognosis.
