摘要
以沈复的《浮生六记》及林语堂的英译本为研究对象,通过双语对照、文本细读的方法,从词汇和句式两个层面分析林语堂的译文特点,并探讨其灵活多样的翻译策略:直译法、意译法、释译法和增补法。
After bilingual contrast and intensive reading of the Chinese and English versions of Six Chapters of a Floating Life, this paper analyzes Lin Yutang＇s linguistic characteristics at lexical and syntactic levels, and discusses his translation strategies including literal translation, free translation, inter- pretation translation and complementary translation.
