高校辅导员与思想政治理论课教师队伍整合的研究综述

An Overview on Integration Between College Counselors and Teachers of Ideological and Political Theories

队伍整合是思想政治教育发展的必然趋势。高校辅导员队伍与思想政治理论课教师队伍是大学生思想政治教育的两支重要力量,应优化整合两支队伍的资源和互补优势,构建协同育人机制,形成强大教育合力,增强思想政治教育的实效性。当前学者们对两支队伍整合的重要性、现状、问题、对策等进行了研究,但在研究的深度、研究的系统性、研究手段和方法上还有待加强和深化,以进一步推动研究的深入和发展。

The team integration is an inevitable trend for ideological and political education. Col- lege counselors and ideological and political theory teachers are the two important forces of ideological and political education. The resources and advantages of the two teams should be integrated and a co- ordinated education mechanism should he constructed to form a powerful educational force, and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. At present, scholars have studied the impor- tance,current situation,problems and countermeasures of the two teams,but they need to push ahead the research by strengthening the depth, system, means and methods of research.
