摘要
本文针对泡酱腌菜专用蔬菜原料健康绿色种植模式的建立进行研究,研究了模拟自然栽培、蔬菜-水果立体种植、可持续绿色生产模式的构建,并以彭州市通济镇黄村作为样本基地进行典型示范。结果表明,该模式生产的泡酱腌菜专用蔬菜样品农药和重金属残留符合绿色食品要求,也符合出口欧盟的要求;该模式生产的泡酱腌菜样品中亚硝酸钠含量均远低于20mg/kg的国家标准。该模式是值得四川泡腌酱菜原材料产地进行推广的模式。
This paper studies the model construction of green and health planting mode of pickles special raw veg- etables, and the Huang Village,Tong Ji Town in Pengzhou city as a sample of typical demonstration base.The re- suits show that pickles special vegetable samples produced by the model conform to China's green food requirements and exports to the EUrequirements in terms of pesticide and heavy metal residues, and sodium nitrite content of the samples is much lower than the national standard of 20mg/kg. This model is worthy of Sichuan salted pickles raw material origin promotion mode.
