摘要
酵素是具有生物催化功能的高分子物质,可协助生物体进行各项活动及新陈代谢。随着现代社会经济的发展、社会的进步,如何提高生活质量、维持身体素质已经成为社会共同关注的问题。酵素作为一种新兴产物,对机体氧化应激、消化、各种代谢途径、免疫系统的影响得到越来越多的重视。本文基于动物实验的研究成果,列举分析这几个方面的内容,来阐述酵素在各个动物模型中所产生的实验效果以及其研究进展。
Enzyme is a polymer material with biological catalytic functions, which can assist the biology in the ac- tivities and metabolism. With the development of modern social economy, the progress of the society, to improve the quality of life and maintain the physical quality has become a common concern of society. As a new product, so the enzyme in numerous animal models, attaches great importance to the study of each system. Mainly reflected in the ways of oxidative stress, digestive system, metabolic pathway, the influence of the immune system, etc. This ar- ticle is based on the research results of animal experiments, analysis of the several aspects of content, to illustrate the enzyme in various animal models of experimental effect and its research progress.
