摘要
结合江西省主体功能区规划,从水安全、水环境、水生态、水管理、水节约和水文化等6个方面,系统分析了江西水生态文明建设中的具体措施和经验,总结了省级水生态文明建设模式,为江西开展水生态文明"市—县—乡—村"四级联动建设提供技术引导,也为全国其他地方开展水生态文明建设提供有益的借鉴。
Based on plans of main function zones in Jiangxi Province, specific measures and experiences of ecological civilization initiative are reviewed from six respects of water security, environment, ecology, management, conservation and culture. Typical models at provincial level are proposed that shall provide technical guidance for ecological improvement at four levels of city, county, township and village. It shall also benefit other places in China with accumulation of valuable experiences.
