摘要
结合湖北长江生态环境建设实际,分析湖北生态堤防发展面临的问题。从长江大保护的角度,提出加快生态堤防建设的基本思路。有针对性地提出加快生态堤防建设、推动长江经济带绿色发展的建议。
Issues with construction of ecological embankments have been examined taking the actual needs of green growth of Yangtze Economic Belt in Hubei Province into consideration. Basic ideas for accelerating construction of ecological embankments are raised from the respect of protection of Yangtze River Basin. Some suggestions are put forward for promoting green growth of Yangtze Economic Belt with focus on speeding up construction of ecological embankments.
