Main practice and thinking on implementing river chief system in Yantai

结合自身工作实践,简要总结了山东省烟台市自2013年9月全面推行河长制管理工作以来的主要做法以及取得的成效,提出细化制度保障、明确工作重点、强化资金保障、强化考核检查、加强工作监督等建议,以期为相关省市推行河长制管理提供帮助和借鉴。

Summary is made on the main achievements and practices obtained in Yantai of Shandong Province since the implementation of river chief system in September 2013. Recommendations are made based on working experiences such as issue of detailed regulations, specifying working targets, securing financial support, strengthening assessment and supervision and monitoring. It is expected to encourage good practice for extension of river chief system in other cities and provinces.
