跨界协同创新与高职院校内部治理改革策略

摘要 分析高职院校内部治理中利益相关者目标差异、师资力量薄弱和组织学习障碍等三重挑战。以跨界协同创新精神制定高职院校内部治理改革策略,通过跨界制定超越性发展目标,释放组织成员创造力与自我服务能力,以构建开放型组织文化、自组织学习运动、无界化理念与改变组织沟通模式进行内部治理结构改革。 Through the analysis of the triple challenge in higher vocational colleges internal governance,such as the goal difference of stakeholders, weak teaching strength and learning disabilities of organization, we find the cross-border collaborative innovative. Using the concept of collaborative innovation spirit, we change the organizational structure of vocational colleges, and improve the high quality of educational services. Through the change of the organization's goals, the staff's creativity and self-service capabilities should be liberated. Conducting self-organized learning exercise, changing organizational communication model,disruptive change of organizational functions will be finally attained.
