摘要
通过对广东省中高职跨境电商师资培训班学员进行问卷调查,了解了跨境电商师资存在教师数量不足、知识技能水平不足、校企合作困难重重等主要问题。针对上述问题,提出优先解决跨境电商课程设置倒逼院系和教师转型,分步骤、多途径解决教师短缺和职业能力不足,最后落实校企合作双赢和保障机制,实现校企可持续合作,有效解决跨境电商师资的各种瓶颈。
The three major pitfalls among status quo of cross-border trade teachers, which is based upon survey of teachers trainees covering Government-funded Teacher Training Projects for both Polytechnic and vocational schools, can be summarized as to void of cross-border trade courses, lack of teachers in regard to their quantity and qualifications, and practical problems given rise by school-enterprises cooperation. To tackle these, cross-border trade courses based on comprehensive analysis may be a priority to drive transformation of teachers related. Scheduled Steps and varied approaches work together to rid of lack of teachers and their deficiency, while implementation of win-win policy for campus-enterprise cooperation will fundamentally and comprehensively ensure sustainability of cross-border teachers.
