摘要
旅游职业教育课程绩效评价机制对于旅游高等职业院校的课程建设具有重要意义。以全面提升旅游职业教育人才培养质量、促进现代旅游职教体系构建为根本目的,对接职业教育教学改革深化、人才培养方式创新,利用改进的层次分析法构建了科学合理、客观公平、操作性强的旅游职业教育课程绩效评价体系,有利于该体系在旅游职业教育课程的运用与实践,以及有效评估旅游职业教育课程实施,可为旅游职业教育的发展和质量提升提供有力保障。
To improve the overall quality of tourism vocational talent cultivation and enhance the development of modern tourism vocational education system to match vocational educational and teaching reform as well as talent cultivation innovation, this paper tries to develop a scientific, objective and practical performance evaluation system for vocational tourism education, which is to the benefit of its application and practice in tourism vocational education courses, to the benefit of efficiently evaluating the application of tourism vocational education course and to ensure real protection for the development of vocational tourism education and quality improvement.
