摘要
在葡萄酒行业中,如何用客观的方法评价葡萄酒质量一直是一个棘手的问题。射频识别技术(RFID)的出现则提供了一个方法,可以更有效地管理葡萄酒生产。本项研究提出了一个基于RFID的质量评价系统,该系统可以监控葡萄酒的整个供应链。这个系统可以在葡萄酒投放市场出售之前记录、处理和管理所有有关葡萄酒的信息。基于该监测系统,本项研究提出了一种结合k-NN算法和人工神经网络技术的方法以对葡萄酒的最终质量进行量化。该质量评价系统还可以及时发现事故,减少损失,防止伪造。
It is a challenge for evaluation of a product quality in object ways. With the development of radio frequency identifcation (RFID) technology, supply chain management of products becomes effective. This paper frstly introduced how to design a RFID for monitoring everything that happened in the supply chain. Using the data archived by the RFID-based system, a k-nearest neighbor algorithm hybrid with artifcial neural network is proposed. The algorithm can be used for product quality evaluation. Additionally, a case about quality evaluation in wine industry is introduced to illustrate how the system and the algorithm worked. With the help of such a system for quality evaluation, accidents can also be discovered timely, which can reduce losses and prevent counterfeit.
