摘要
采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、石墨、砂熔融制备了石墨-PET复合机敏砂浆。对各配合比复合机敏砂浆的电阻率和温度敏感性进行了研究。结果显示,当石墨含量为13%时,材料的电阻率发生突变,复合机敏砂浆的导电渗滤阈值为13%;在负温度区间随着温度的降低,复合机敏砂浆的电阻呈先减小后增大的趋势;在正温度区间复合机敏砂浆的电阻随着温度的升高先降低后稳定,超过80℃后电阻增大;在30℃~70℃区间经过多次温度循环,复合机敏砂浆的电阻具有较好的重复性。
This study adopted the method of melt mixing which used the materials including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), graphite and sand. The electrical resistivity and temperature sensitivity of the composite mortar were studied. The results showed that as the ~:ontent of graphite was 13%, the electrical resistivity of the material changed suddenly, when the conductive pert:o- lation threshold of composite mortar smart was 13%; in the negative temperature range, with the decreasing of the temperature, the electric resistance of composite smart mortar decreased firstly and then increased; in positive te,nperature range, with the in- creasing of the temperature, the electric resistance of composite smart mortar decreased firstly and then became stable Ialer, electric resistance increased when the temperature exceeded 80℃;in the temperature range of 30℃-70℃ ,electric resistance ~f composite mortar has better repeatability after several cycles of the temperature.
