验证阿罗洛尔在治疗糖尿病合并高血压应用中临床有效性和安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of Haro Carol in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的:验证阿罗洛尔在治疗糖尿病合并高血压应用中临床有效性和安全性。方法:选取2015年12月~2016年7月到我院就诊的糖尿病合并高血压患者55例,作为研究样本,所有患者采用阿罗洛尔治疗,治疗后对患者血压控制情况和血糖控制情况与治疗前进行对比,统计药物不良反应发生率。结果:患者治疗后血压控制情况和血糖控制情况均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物不良反应发生率低,安全性良好。结论:阿罗洛尔在治疗糖尿病合并高血压应用中临床有效性和安全性显著,使患者血压和血糖都得到控制,药物不良反应发生率低,值得在临床推广。

Objective：to verify the clinical efficacy and safety of Haro Carol in the treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods：from December 2015 to July 2016 to 55 of diabetic patients with hypertension in our hospital patients as the research sample,all patients were treated with Haro Carol,after the treatment of patients with blood pressure control and the control of blood glucose before and after treatment were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the drug statistics. Results：after the treatment,blood pressure control and blood glucose control were better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the adverse reaction rate was low,and the safety was good. Conclusion：Haro Carol in treatment of diabetes combined with the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with hypertension with significantly,the blood pressure and blood glucose in patients have been well controlled,and the incidence of adverse reaction is low,it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
