摘要
通过碱度测定、热重分析、抗弯强度以及扫描电镜等手段,对比空白试件,研究了3D玻璃纤维织物增强水泥基材料的力学性能以及掺入矿渣微粉对耐久性的影响。结果表明,使用3D玻璃纤维织物增强基体可以提高基体的抗弯强度,标准养护28 d时,增强试件的抗弯强度较空白试件提高了37.66%。同时,在试件中掺入矿渣微粉可以降低碱度,提高试件的抗弯强度,改善试件的耐久性。
The mechanical properties of 3D glass fiber fabric reinforced cement compared with reference and the durability with slagpowder are studied by means of determination of alkalinity.TG, flexural strength and SEM.The results indicate that it can improve theflexural strength by using 3D glass fiber fabric, and the flexural strength of 3D glass fiber fabric reinforced cement improve 37.66% thanthe blank specimen after curing 28d in standard-curing room.And slag powder can reduce the alkalinity, improve the flexural strength andthe durability.
