摘要
泡粒混凝土作为一种新型的发泡体复合型材料,主要是以聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒、水泥、水、发泡剂等按一定的比例配制而成。具有防火抗冻、保温隔声、抗压抗裂等优秀的材料性能,以及无缝整浇的施工性能,被广泛应用于墙体、楼面保温、地面找平、园林工艺塑性等领域。从泡粒混凝土的配制工艺着手,通过与泡沫混凝土性能的对比表明其具有优良的综合性能,并就国内外对泡粒混凝土的发展研究进行分析和阐述。
Foam concrete as a new type of foam composite material,mainly by polystyrene foam particles,cement,water,foamingagent, according to a certain proportion of the preparation.With fire resistance,insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation,pressureand crack resistance and other excellent material properties, and seamless integral pouting construction performance, is widely used inwall, floor insulation,ground leveling,plastic garden technology and other fields.In this paper, from the preparation process of foamconcrete, through the comparison with the performance of foam concrete shows that it has excellent comprehensive performance, andresearch on the development of foam concrete analysis and elaboration on the domestic and foreign.
