摘要
由于石墨烯拥有特殊的二维构造和良好的理化性质,被发现后就成为化工化学、临床医学、应用物理学和功能材料学等研究领域的热点课题。最近,该物质成为生物医用研究方面的热点材料。介绍了石墨烯/氧化石墨烯的基本性质,对目前有关氧化石墨烯表面改性的基本类型做了简要描述。重点阐述了石墨烯/氧化石墨烯在靶向给药、药物运输等医学领域中的研究进展。最后,对在超临界CO_2状态下制备石墨烯及其复合材料的研究前景做了简要讨论。
Because of the special two-dimensional structure and fine physical and chemical properties,graphene became a hot topic in chemical, clinical,applied physics and materials science research fields after it was found. Recently, this matter becomes the hotspot of biomedical research. The basic properties of graphene/graphene oxide were briefly introduced,the basic types of graphene oxide surface modification were briefly described, and the graphene/graphene oxide in targeted drug delivery, drugs such as medical advances in the field of transport were focused. Finally, the research prospects were forecasted for the graphene and its composites prepared in the state of supercritical CO2.
