摘要
基于化学浸渍与原位化学还原相结合的方法制备了一系列CoB/棒状丝光沸石负载型非晶态合金催化剂,并系统考察了该催化剂在硼氢化钠水解制氢中的催化活性。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜对其晶相结构和表面形貌进行了表征。硼氢化钠水解制氢实验表明,CoB活性组分负载量为5%的CoB/丝光沸石催化剂催化效果相对最好,过高的负载量不利于催化剂活性的提高。通过丝光沸石负载可显著提高CoB合金催化剂的催化活性,反应动力学计算显示基于该催化剂的硼氢化钠水解制氢反应为零级反应,其表观反应活化能Ea为53.18kJ/mol,远低于纯CoB的活化能(73.37kJ/mol)。
Mordenite supported amorphous alloy CoB catalysts were prepared by a combined impregnation and chemical reduction method,and their catalytic activities were investigated in the hydrolysis of NaBH4.Their phase structure and surface morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM.The NaBH4 hydrolysis experiment indicated that the CoB loading amount of 5wt.% were suitable.While CoB loading was higher than 5wt.%,the catalytic performance of CoB/mordenite decreased.The kinetic calculation showed that NaBH4 hydrolysis using CoB/mordenite catalysts can be ascribed to the zero-order reaction.It can be found that the activation energy for NaBH4 hydrolysis was about 53.18kJ/mol based on CoB/mordenite catalysts which was obviously lower than pure CoB catalyst(73.37kJ/mol).
