摘要
利用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)改性高岭土,采用熔融插层的方法制备了煤沥青/改性高岭土复合材料,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等分析方法研究了材料的显微结构以及分散性,并探究了高岭土对煤沥青的软化点、针入度及延度性能变化的影响。结果表明:高岭土片层被煤沥青分子撑开,形成一种剥离型结构;其在煤沥青基体中有良好的分散性,它的粒径最可几分布为1~3μm。改性高岭土用量为5.0%时,制得的煤沥青/改性高岭土复合材料的高温性能和抗老化性能得到提高,软化点为55.2℃,针入度为29.4mm,延度(15℃)为116.1cm。
Coal tar pitch/kaolin composite was prepared by melt blending with kaolin which was modified by dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).The microstructure and dispersion of material were studied by X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The performance change by the effect of kaolin on the softening point,penetration and ductility of coal tar asphalt was explored.The results showed that the interlayer was swelled up by the molecule of coal tar pitch,and forming an exfoliated structure.Kaolin had good dispersion in coal tar pitch matrix.And most probable distribution of particle size of modified kaolin was 1-3μm.The high temperature and anti-ageing properties of composite were improved when the content of modified kaolin was 5.0%(wt).And the softening point,penetration and ductility of coal tar pitch were 55.2℃,29.4mm and 116.1cm(15℃)respectively.
