摘要
自制催化剂固定床热解器催化热解纤维素、木质素和杨木。考察3种原料温度对热解产率的影响,同时实验5种分子筛催化剂ZSM-5、HZSM-5、MCM-41、β-分子筛和NaY分子筛催化热解纤维素,其中HZSM-5具有较好的催化效果。相对不加催化剂有机产物的产率没有明显降低(31.43%VS 28.48%),但芳烃化合物的选择性提高,超过70%。HZSM-5分子筛在热解杨木中也表现出较好的芳烃选择性,其中甲苯的选择性达到了38.15%。
The self-made fixed bed reactor was used for catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose,lignin and poplar at atmospheric pressure.The influence of operating condition such as the temperature was researched.Five catalysts,ZSM-5,HZSM-5,MCM-41,β-zeolite and NaY-zeolite were tested in this study.HZSM-5was found to be the most effective catalyst in both reactivity and selectivity among these catalysts.The yield of organic compounds in the relative non catalyst products was not significantly decreased(31.43% VS 28.48%),but the selectivity of aromatic compounds was more than 70%.HZSM-5showed good effect on the pyrolysis of poplar and had better selectivity to aromatics,and the selectivity of toluene reached 38.15%.
