不同聚合物模板对磷酸钙盐电沉积的影响 被引量:1

Influence of different polymer templates on the morphology and composition of deposited calcium phosphate

摘要 采用静电纺丝技术制备聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)、胶原和壳聚糖纳米纤维,并分别以3种纳米纤维膜作为沉积模板采用电沉积技术矿化磷酸钙盐。通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱分析沉积矿物的成分,不同聚合物对矿化的影响。结果表明:PLLA纺丝液最优配方为:PLLA为10%,溶于DCM∶DMF(体积配合比)为9∶1,在PLLA纳米纤维膜上能够形成大量且均匀的片状晶体。不同聚合物基底上生成的磷酸钙盐晶体的组成主要以羟基磷灰石(HA)为主。为不同聚合物基底上电矿化磷酸钙盐涂层提供借鉴。 Three kinds of typical nanofiber including poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA),collagen and chitosan were fabricated by electrospinning and fixed on the stainless steel as deposition substrates.Then the calcium phosphate was deposited via electrodeposition.Scan electron microscope(SEM)and fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)were applied for evaluation of the composition and effect of polymers on deposition.The results demonstrated that the ideal composition of PLLA spinning solution was:10% PLLA,and the solution with a DCM/DMF ratio of 9∶1,which facilitated massive and uniform tabular crystal deposition on the PLLA nanofiberous mats.Furthermore,the calcium phosphate deposited on different nanofibrous mats were mainly hydroxyapatite(HA).These findings provided references for the electronic deposition of calcium phosphate on different polymer substrates.
