全胰腺及十二指肠切除治疗胰腺导管内乳头状瘤癌变一例

摘要
患者女性，73岁。因“上腹不适2个月余，加重并发现胰腺多发囊性占位1周”入院。患者两个月前无明显诱因出现上腹胀痛，餐后明显，伴间断腹泻。无发热、黄疸、恶心、呕吐等症状。症状加重两周。当地医院腹部CT检查发现“胰腺多发囊性占位病变”。发病以来食欲下降、小便正常，间断腹泻，体质量减轻约10kg。患者未诊断糖尿病，
