基于Python挖掘的大数据学术研究与人才需求的关系研究

Research on Relationship between Big Data's Academic Research and It's Talent Demand based on Python

本文以CNKI数据库收录的2006—2016年的硕博士相关论文与智联招聘网站27个热门城市硕博士学历的相关招聘信息为数据来源,分析了当前我国大数据在学界和业界的地域分布,学科(行业)分布和热点分布的现状,呈现了研究结果的可视化关系,发现了我国大数据人才需求特点与学术研究间的关系。从研究和人才需求关系的视角上弥补了关于大数据的文献计量重视学界研究分布趋势,而忽视业界人才需求的不足,其研究结果对企业和高校均有所启示。

This paper collects data from master and doctor＇s dissertations between 2006 and 2016which included by CNKI database and recruitment information of all 27 critical cities on Zhaoping.com.Then,the paper analyses domestic big data＇s present situation in both academia and industry from distribution of geography,discipline（industry）and hotspot,and provides the results with visualization.From the results some characteristics of talent mobility can be found.To some extent,the paper modifies defect of bibliometrical research on big data which values academia much more then industry.There are perhaps some inspirations to related enterprises and colleges.
