摘要
针对某酒厂近期出水TP浓度不稳定的问题,采用化学沉淀法作为生物法的辅助工艺,以控制出水TP浓度。通过小试试验考察了药剂组合类型、不同投药点以及投加量对TP去除效果的影响,并确定最佳的参数值。结果表明,采用PAC+PFC+PAM组合药剂,选择BAF出水口处作为投加点,在p H值为6.7~7.7的条件下,直接投加药剂,药剂PAC、PFC的投加量均为0.35 g/L,对出水TP浓度的控制稳定,满足GB 27631—2011《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》的要求。
In view of the problem that TP concentration of the effluent water from a winery was unstable recently, biochemical sedimentation process was adopted as an auxiliary process of biological process, so as to control the effluent TP concentration. The influences of reagent combination type, dosing site and dosage on TP removal were investigated through a small scale test, and then, results showed that, under the condition that the pH value was the optimal parameters were determined. The 6.7 - 7.7, using PAC + PFC + PAM as the combined reagent, chosing water outlet of BAF as the dosing site, dosing reagent directly with PAC and PFC dosage were both 0.35 g/L, a stable TP concentration of the effluent water could be obtained, which met the requiremet of GB 27631--2011 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry.
