摘要
针对氯碱废水硬度高、盐度高、有机污染物多、可生化性差的特点,某公司采用以双膜法为主的处理工艺对其进行处理,介绍了该工程的工艺流程、设计参数及处理效果。工程实践表明,该工程出水水质完全达到企业用水标准,清水回用率≥65%,处理后的高含盐浓水回用至采卤化盐,真正实现高盐废水零排放。
In view of the characteristics of ehlor-alkali wastewater such as high hardness, high salinity, high organic pollutants concentrations, poor biodegradability and so on, dual membrane process was used as the main technology for its treatment. The process flow, design parameters and treatment efficiency of the said project were introduced. The engineering practice showed that, the effluent water quality could meet the enterprise standard, the water reuse rate was equal to or above 65%, the treated high salt-containing water was reused to the salt production, which truly realized the goal of high salinity wastewater zero emission.
