摘要
为研究高速列车齿轮的齿根裂纹扩展特性,在有限元软件ABAQUS中建立齿轮副模型并通过静力学分析,以确定裂纹萌生位置。基于线弹性断裂力学理论,在软件ABAQUS中建立含齿根初始裂纹的斜齿轮模型,计算裂纹前缘不同节点处的应力强度因子;研究齿根裂纹自动扩展的方式及轨迹,通过计算得到齿根裂纹的扩展寿命。在此研究的基础上,探讨了载荷大小等因素对裂纹扩展寿命及轨迹的影响规律。研究表明,裂纹扩展速率先慢后快,载荷对裂纹扩展寿命的影响十分明显。
The crack propagation characteristic property of the high-speed train gears is researched,the location of crack initiation is determined by a statics analysis and building gear pair model in the ABAQUS software.A finite element model of helical gear pair with crack at tooth root is established by ABAQUS software,then the stress intensity factor of the different nodes of crack tip is calculated based on the theory of linear elastic fracture mechanics.Then,the way and the growth trajectory of the crack is studied,the propagation life of the crack at tooth root are obtained by calculation.Based on the obtained result,the influence of load magnitude and other factors on the crack propagation life is discussed.The study indicate that the crack expands slowly at first and then faster and faster,the influence of load magnitude on the crack propagation life is obvious.
