摘要
双曲型法向圆弧齿轮是一种新型交错轴圆弧齿轮,为研究其振动特性,基于有限元软件ANSYS,建立了该齿轮的有限元模型并进行模态分析,分别获得了大、小齿轮的固有频率及振型,并计算临界转速;进一步地,计算不同齿数、模数、传动比情况下齿轮的固有频率,分析并总结了齿轮主要几何参数对固有频率的影响,分析结果为双曲型法向圆弧齿轮的优化设计及动力学研究提供了基础。
The hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gear is a new circular-arc gear used in crossed axis transmission.In order to study its characteristics of vibration,the FEM model is created based on ANSYS.The natural frequency and modes of vibration of pinion and gear are obtained respectively through the modal analysis and the critical speed of rotation is computed.Further,the natural frequencies of pinion and gear under the condition of different number of teeth,modulus and the transmission ratio are calculated.The influence of main geometric parameters on natural frequencies is analyzed and summarized,which provide basic for the optimal design and dynamics research of hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gear.
