摘要
利用ANSYS中特征值屈曲分析功能,分析谐波减速器中柔轮扭转失稳问题。对两种柔轮结构,分别改变柔轮结构参数,研究每种结构参数下柔轮的临界失稳转矩。研究表明,计算得到的柔轮扭转失稳模态与实际失稳形态基本一致,计算结果与工程有可比性。因此,柔轮扭转失稳校核在谐波减速器强度设计中有参考价值。
By using the function of eigen buckling in ANSYS,the torsional buckling problem of flexspline in a harmonic driver is analyzed. Through changing the structure parameter of two kinds of flexspline,the corresponding critical instability torque under each structure parameter is investigated. The research results show that the mode shapes of torsional buckling are close to that of the actual instable failure,and computation result is good agreement with engineering problem. So the torsional buckling check will be valuable in the flexspline structure of harmonic reducer.
