摘要
文章论述了湿刷定型技术与装备的研制背景及总体设计思路,通过"四浸三轧十四刷"新型湿刷工艺与传统工艺的比较,阐述了CMBS-180型湿刷定型机的原理、特点、结构,为相关企业提供一定参考。
The paper discussed the developed background and total design ideas of the technology and equipment of wet-brush setting machine,explained the principle,features and construction of the machine through comparing the new technology（four times soaking,three times rolling and fourteen times brush）and traditional technology of wet brush.It provides references for relative enterprises.
