英国公投脱离欧盟是2016年国际重大事件之一。从短期看,英国"脱欧"将对国际金融市场、国际经济秩序、欧洲一体化进程均产生不利影响。作为世界第二大经济体,中国与英国具有紧密的能源合作与能源贸易关系,英国脱欧必将对中英能源关系造成多重潜在影响。"脱欧"会牵涉英国新政府大量精力,英国对中英未来能源合作,尤其是核电等重大利益上会采取审慎态度;但中英在风电、核电等重点领域的总体合作态势不会改变,脱欧或许为中英能源合作带来新的机遇。

As a second biggest world Economy, China and UK have very close relation on energy cooperation, and Brexit will have potential influence on Sino-UK energy relation.For the first moment, UK new government took caution attitude towards China and UK nuclear energy project, in the long run, China and UK will keep on the offshore wind and nuclear power cooperation with the new opportunities.
